Supporting Our Neighbors in 2025
Throughout 2025, Loudoun Hunger Relief provided more than 14,000 neighbors with free, emergency groceries. Together, we distributed 2.7 million pounds of food, helping provide the equivalent of 2.2 million meals.

The Heart Behind the Mission
If you spent time in our warehouse or pantries this year, you likely felt the energy of our volunteers. More than 350 volunteers contributed over 14,000 hours in 2025—time equal to the work of 7.5 full-time employees.
From sorting donations to supporting neighbors during distribution, volunteers are woven into every part of our work. Their presence brings care, efficiency, and humanity to each day.

A New Space in Sterling
One of the biggest changes this year was the opening of our new Sterling pantry location. After months of construction and preparation, this space is now serving neighbors and helping us respond to growing demand.
The new location allows for improved flow, greater capacity, and a more welcoming experience—important steps as we continue adapting to the needs of our community.

Working Better, Together
Our work doesn’t happen in isolation. We’re grateful for the many corporate partners, faith communities, civic groups, and human service agencies who walked alongside us this year. These partnerships strengthen our programs and help ensure neighbors can access support beyond food when needed.

Moving Forward
As we settle into the new year, we remain focused on what brought us here: listening to our community, responding with care, and working together to make food access possible across Loudoun County.
Thank you for being part of this work and for continuing to stand with your neighbors.
